Keyboard: Is every action reachable with a visible focus state?
Images: Are meaningful images described and decorative images silent?
Empty state: Does it explain how to recover?
Loading: Does the interface show what is happening?
Success: Is the completed action clearly confirmed?
Failure: Can the person retry without losing their work?
