A model-independent starting point for separating findings, uncertainty and the next useful question.

Start with the decision you need to make and the constraints that matter. Ask for the smallest set of findings that could change that decision, rather than an exhaustive overview of a broad topic.
Ask for direct source links, dates and an explicit separation between observed facts and inference. Verify important claims at their original source; an assistant’s citation can still be incomplete or mistaken.
End with open questions and an evidence plan. The prompt can be used with your preferred assistant; it does not depend on one provider or promise access to sources the assistant cannot open.
